Dr. Michael Loeffler

Dr. Michael Loeffler holds medical licenses in the states of New York, North Carolina, and Florida. He began his quest to become an ophthalmologist in 1977, attending McGill University located in Canada. He continued his education at McGill University until 1985, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. In 1986, he started his residency at the Montreal General Hospital. In 1990, he became a Fellow in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery after his fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York, NY.

Over the years Dr. Loeffler has joined various professional memberships, including:

Over the past 30+ years, Dr. Loeffler has spoke at various lectures and has written several different presentations. He currently is in private practice in Lighthouse Point, FL. He is married with three children and specializes in cataract and ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.
