The goal of EyeHealthWeb.com (originally launched in July of 2004 under the domain eyecaresource.com), is to provide a resource portal for eye care information. EyeHealthWeb.com is designed, marketed, and produced by IMG Health Publications, a division of IMG Publications. Our mission is to provide unbiased, accurate, and up-to-date eye-care information to help inform consumers about eye care, eye health, refractive surgery, eye conditions and diseases, choosing proper contacts, maintaining eye glasses, and much more. All content is created solely to inform the user and is not to replace or substitute for a relationship with a physician. Please read our medical disclaimer for more information.

IMG Health is an Internet healthcare publishing company that was started in 2004 and specializes in educational health web sites. Those sites include:
DentalHealthMed.com — Provides dental care information about conditions such as teeth grinding, and about cosmetic and restorative procedures such as dental implants, teeth whitening, and dental fillings.
Foot Vitals.com — Provides comprehensive foot and ankle health information written and peer-reviewed by podiatrists. Popular topics include Plantar Fasciitis (which is common among athletes), and toenail problems such as Ingrown Toenails, Thick Toenails and What to do when your toenail falls off.
All content on eyehealthweb.com is reviewed or written by certified optometrists and ophthalmologists located across the United States. We are very proud to have such a well diversed and knowledgable group as part of our review board. These eye care professionals are some of the best of their field specialties from contact lenses to eye disease. Although they are busy with their own work, research, and other projects, we are thankful to have them spend time helping with the growth and development of eyehealthweb.com.
